MALEDICTE is charismatic and charming–when he wants to be–but often sarcastic and cynical. He can occasionally be arrogant–he still has his pride–and his iron hold on his temper sometimes shakes loose. His voice is rough and perhaps a little purring. His black hair and black eyes make him seem paler than he already is. He's slim–never lanky–and perhaps slight. He's deadly with a gun or a sword, but will never win a hand-to-hand fight.

With an intimate knowledge of botany and chemistry, Maledicte owns and runs the store Elyxr. He also spends a lot of his time among the leisurely wealthy, trying not to spend his own money quite so fast as the rest of them.
